As a trainee, you'll gradually learn to:

Guide clients through the mortgage process, offering expert whole-of-market advice tailored to their needs. Recommend protection solutions, including life insurance, income protection, and home insurance. Build strong relationships with clients and estate agency partners to drive success. Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes to ensure the highest standard of advice.

What we're looking for:

CeMap Qualification. A genuine interest in financial services and helping people make life-changing decisions. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak with clients. Ambition, motivation, and a hunger to build a career in mortgage advice. The ability to learn quickly and take feedback on board.
