We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is newly CeMAP qualified and looking to build a long-term career in mortgage advice.

This is a key entry-level role, and many of our most successful advisers began their careers in this position. You will gain essential experience in client communication, lead management, and FCA compliant processes, setting a solid foundation for progression.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound client calls Book appointments for mortgage and protection advisers Build rapport with clients while handling objections confidently Accurately record client information and maintain CRM systems Support lead conversion and ensure smooth client handovers Provide general administrative support to the sales and adviser teams Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies

What We're Looking For

A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills Confidence and resilience when handling client objections Strong organisational and time management abilities A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on client care CeMAP qualified (essential) Previous experience in a customer-facing or telesales environment
