Key Responsibilities Trainee Mortgage Advisor (Weston-Super-Mare)
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor working closely with one of the UKs most respected estate agency groups in Weston-Super-Mare, you will:

• Gain full exposure to the mortgage and protection industry, learning directly from top-performing Mortgage Advisors and Sales Managers.
• Support clients in their home-buying journey, offering exceptional service and advice.
• Work with a steady flow of quality leads referred by the estate agency, based on their vast client network.
• Provide clear, tailored, and regulated mortgage and protection advice under guidance.
• Conduct client fact finds and affordability assessments to identify the most suitable mortgage solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering excellent service and ongoing communication.
• Liaise effectively with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, and internal teams to progress mortgage applications smoothly.
• Meet sales targets while continuously developing your product and regulatory knowledge.

• CeMAP 1 qualification (essential) your gateway to FCA-authorised mortgage advice.

• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
