Role Overview

As a Trainee Motorcycle Sales/Brand Manager, you'll learn the ropes of driving sales, promoting our brand, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone passionate about motorcycles, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in driving motorcycle sales to meet team targets Build relationships with customers to ensure a great experience Support brand promotion through excellent service and engagement Learn and maintain compliance with sales processes and regulations Help with showroom presentation and stock management Stay informed about industry trends and new motorcycle models Work closely with experienced team members to develop sales skills

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about motorcycles and the biking community Eager to learn with a proactive and positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working a 40-hour week, including some weekend shifts No prior sales experience required - full training provided! Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to grow in the motorcycle industry
