If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Office Support / Administrator to join our dynamic team. No prior experience in accounts, finance, scheduling, logistics, or marketing is required--we provide comprehensive training in all these areas as well as training on our internal systems!
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Ensure calendar entries are complete with all necessary information, including drawings, addresses, site contacts, Scope of Work (SOW) details.
Booking Tankers:
Arrange tanker bookings as required.
Travel Arrangements:
Book hotels or ferries as required.
Communication:
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Power Apps Tracking:
Keep power apps tracking up to date and follow up where necessary.
Quotation Production:
Produce quotes as required.
Purchase Orders:
Ensure POs or acceptance forms are received, note POs in the calendar for ease, and handle acceptance forms as needed.
Marketing:
Being highly involved in our social media and marketing campaigns to ensure they are updated regularly with fresh new content.
Office & Kit:
Order office stationery, bottles, and kits as required.

Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Basic administrative experience
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to perform data entry accurately
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary
No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 23,000.00-25,000.00 per year
