Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organised Trainee Operations and Marketing Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of our business operations and marketing.

This is a varied and dynamic entry level role, ideal for someone who will enjoy working across multiple functions and is keen to develop experience in all areas of business operations, HR, marketing, communications, and events.

Working closely with the Operations & HR Executive and Operations Director, you will play a key administrative and supportive role in ensuring the business runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Support



Assist with ordering, setting up, and maintaining IT equipment, phones, and office resources for new and existing staff, in collaboration with our IT Manager and Operations & HR Executive. Manage office supplies and support general office administration.

HR Administration



Support employee onboarding alongside our Operations & HR Executive. Assist with maintaining employee records and other HR administrative processes.

Communications, Marketing & Social Media



Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content alongside our Social Media Team. Assist with updates to our website and blog. Track engagement metrics and prepare performance and insight reports.

Events & Engagement



Assist with the administration and coordination of internal and external events. Liaise with external suppliers, venues, and partners, under the guidance of the Operations team. Support internal charity initiatives, community engagement activities, and team events.

About You



Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Confident communicator with a collaborative, can do attitude. Keen to learn and develop across a broad range of business functions.
