Continental Shift Pattern (3 x 12-hour shifts - days & nights)

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be trained to operate high-tech machines that produce printed, folded, glued, and lined food cartons. Your role will include:

Setting up and running production machines (we'll teach you everything!) Checking quality - making sure every carton looks perfect Learning how to maintain and troubleshoot equipment Keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly Supporting your teammates and helping train others once you're confident

What You'll Bring:

Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, we're looking for:

A mechanical mindset or basic machine knowledge Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG (a bonus, not a must!) Confidence using manual and electric pallet trucks Basic computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Willingness to learn our systems (like Avante - training provided!) A good level of English and a keen eye for detail
