Lettings Negotiator

Homefinders are currently recruiting for a dynamic and sales-focused trainee or experienced Letting Negotiator to join our office in Dalston.

Requirements:

Approachable and friendly, an all-round people person

Punctual, organized, and hardworking

Ideally, knowledge of the local area

Had experience working in a sales, lettings, or service driven role

Be target driven

Have a polite and confident telephone manner

Full driving license

20k basic salary plus generous commission and monthly and yearly bonus, company pool car. On target earning 45K. Uncapped commission.

Core Responsibilities:

Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.

Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries.

Organize your day

Arrange and conduct viewings

Negotiate deals with clients and applicants

Canvass for a market appraisal

The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with a genuine passion for the property industry.

Benefits:

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm, for every 2 Saturdays worked you get a mid-week day off

Basic Salary: From 20,000.00 - 22,000.00 per year but OTE about 45,000 per year
