Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Painter & Decorator to bring spaces to life through expert painting, finishing, and decorative techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial refurbishments. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, caulking, filling, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and specialty finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools. Perform commercial and residential painting tasks across diverse environments, adapting techniques for each setting. Maintain safety standards on-site by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to construction site protocols.

Additional Responsibilities

Helping to complete marketing tasks such as, leaflet drops, outreach, Google & Facebook Ads and idea generation. Regular content creation for social media channels. This will include basic photography & videography. Social media management and content generation.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction painting with a strong background in residential and commercial projects. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and industrial equipment such as airless sprayers. Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and ability to work efficiently in dynamic environments. Additional trade skills such as plastering or carpentry are a plus but not required. Basic social media marketing knowledge. Familiar with camera techniques for photography and videography responsibilities. Google & Facebook Ad experience desirable but not essential.
