Aberdein Considine are looking for a dynamic and driven Trainee Paralegal to join Corporate Property Services department in Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the department in administrative functions of repossession conveyancing with a view to building paralegal understanding and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Collection, distribution and taking for signing CPS mail at specific times during the day Collection, allocation, copying (where required), filing and scanning to case history all incoming mail relating to the corporate conveyancing department Opening of repossession conveyancing files Issuing and preparing offers to sell and auction packs to relevant parties - electronically and by post Saving emails in to cases Returning voicemails and emails within client SLA guidelines Closure of files on case management system once files complete and ledger balanced Archiving hard copy title deeds, scanning onto system and securely storing of documents Answering the department telephone and dealing with basic requests for information / updates on cases where appropriate Set up and co-ordination of any webex meetings Chasing factors, solicitors and other relevant parties for updates Ensuring LSPG Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times
Qualifications
Essential
Minimum of 5 Standard Grades or equivalent
Skills and Experience
Essential
Knowledge of all Microsoft office packages

Previous experience of working within an office
