We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join Talbots as a Trainee Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in the legal field, with a particular focus on Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
As a Trainee Paralegal, you will receive training and guidance while supporting our Lawyers in the Trust and Estates team. Your role will include assisting with typing, legal administration, and general administrative tasks on a variety of client matters, all while developing your knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.

What does the job involve?
Supporting clients with professionalism and empathy across calls, emails, and other channels.
Drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), probate applications, and estate administration documents.
Managing client files through our SOS case management system.
Assisting with estate administration, including liquidation of assets and distributions.
Maintaining compliance with SRA, Lexcel, and Law Society Quality Standards.
What do you need?
A passion for delivering exceptional client care with effective communication skills.
Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
A proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach to work.
A collaborative mindset and a drive to keep learning.
