HGV Direct is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a
Trainee Parts Advisor
. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the commercial vehicle parts industry with one of the UK's leading suppliers of HGV parts.What you'll be doing:
Assisting customers with enquiries and providing excellent service. Learning to identify and supply the correct parts for HGVs. Supporting the sales team with orders, stock control, and admin tasks. Building product knowledge and developing strong customer relationships.
What we're looking for:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Interest in the automotive or HGV industry (experience a bonus but not essential). IT literate and able to work well as part of a team.
