We invest heavily in our trainees because we want you to build your career with us. Many of our partners joined the firm as trainees, and we aim to help you develop into a trusted adviser and future leader within the firm.

- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and precisely
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- The confidence to communicate with a wide range of people, from inventors to business leaders
