Are you thinking of a change in career? Would you like to learn to drive PCV Coaches with a view to travelling across the UK and Europe as your experience grows?

We are opening our Driver Training Programme for 2026 after the success of our 2024 and 2025 cohort of learners!

We are looking for candidates who want to not only learn how to drive coaches, but then go onto undertake 12 months of

FULL TIME

work in the industry too.

The programme itself is built around your current work and personal commitments with lessons offered at times to suit you - including

selected weekends and evenings

. You will need to be able to commit to training every week.

Successful candidates on the programme will demonstrate excellent driving skills, a commitment to learn, strong communication abilities, exemplary customer service skills and most importantly, a good sense of humour!

In return, all training costs and two attempts at each examination you will be required to undertake, will be provided and

fully funded by the company under a bond.

The only cost to you will be for your Driving Medical (48.00) which you will be required to undertake to obtain your provisional Category D on your driving licence providing you do not break the conditions of the bond.

To apply for the programme, you will need the following skills:

Skills:
-

Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years

and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn driving theory and driving regulations
- Willingness to learn very basic mechanical knowledge for the purposes of pre-use inspections
- Ability to follow instructions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

- An amazing sense of humour and ability to work independently and within a team as required.
