Bakers Dolphin Coach Travel: Trainee Coach Drivers - Launch Your Driving Career!

Bakers Dolphin Coach Travel, the South West's foremost, award-winning coach and tour operator, is expanding! We're looking for enthusiastic Trainee Drivers to join our Coach Driver Training School, based at our depot in Weston-super-Mare (BS23 3DN). We pride ourselves on providing first-class service to our customers, and we need dedicated individuals to help us continue our growth.

To meet our high standards, you'll need to be safety-conscious, passionate about customer care, and eager to learn and develop new skills. We're looking for individuals who understand that coach driving is more than just a job - it's a vocation. You'll need to be ready to tackle the challenges of transporting our diverse clientele to a variety of destinations.

No prior professional driving experience is required!

All you need is a valid UK car driving licence and excellent people skills.

In return, you'll receive comprehensive training from our highly experienced instructors, enabling you to become a skilled professional and gain a respected qualification within the coaching industry.

Upon successful completion of your training, you'll have the opportunity to drive a range of services, including school and contract work, rail replacement, and local private hires. As you progress, you'll have the chance to become a tour driver, exploring the UK and Europe.
