This is a role for a Trainee Personal Finance Broker

Basic Salary: 24,000 + Commission OTE 30K (uncapped)

Location: - Alton, Hampshire - only a 1 minute walk from Alton train station

The Role: Office Based

You will be the main point of contact between Pegasus Finance and our customers, helping to arrange finance from start to finish offering quality customer service in a compliant manner Conducting a qualification call to understand the customers' needs and where they are up to on their buying journey Proactively contacting dealerships and finance companies to assist with the completion of the loan Managing your pipeline effectively while working within a tight knit team and supporting other team members Continually working on your training and development to stay up to date on the latest processes, lender products and regulations

This role would suit someone with a mature attitude, and previous sales or customer care experience would be of benefit.

The ideal candidate needs to be hard working and focused on providing fantastic customer service in a fast-paced environment. A great positive attitude, attention to detail and good admin skills as well as the willingness to learn are required.

Monday-Thursday - 9am-5:30pm
Friday - 9am-5pm
