23k per year + depending on experience,

(Salary will increase on the successful completion of RSPH level 2 pest management Qualification to become fully qualified)

We are seeking a dedicated trainee pest management technician to join our team. The successful candidate will receive full training to pass their Level 2 Award in Pest Management and become a qualified pest management technician.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out surveys to identify pests, the extent of the infestation, and potential entry points Developing and safely implementing treatment plans based on the unique needs of each site Communicating with clients about the pest control process, preventive measures, and maintenance to ensure a pest-free environment Maintaining accurate records of services provided, including the types of pests, treatment methods, and any follow-up recommendations Following safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the responsible use of pesticides and chemicals.
Skills and qualifications:

Willingness to learn and continuously develop Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Valid clean driver's licence (minimum 3 years driving experience) Must live within a 20 mile radius of work Must undergo pvg check.
