Trainee Premounter
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Premounter to join our Louth team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and mounting, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment while gaining hands-on experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities & Training Areas:
Prep shim(s) to correct size and customer specifications.
Cut Plates up using Kongsberg Table.
Mount plates to every customer's specifications
Plate finishing and QC.
Foam shims for delivery.
Parcelling up for post
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Display a willingness to make decisions and exhibit sound and accurate judgment.
Support and explain the reasoning for decisions and include the appropriate people in the decision-making process.
Create a good working environment through clear and concise communication with your colleagues.
Ensure you are consistently at work and on time and, demonstrate a willingness to work overtime with a degree of flexibility to "finish the job".

Experience:
