What will you do?

As a Trainee Product Consultant, you'll receive full training and mentorship to help you:

Deliver a welcoming, helpful experience to all our customers.. Support the sales team with the buying process. Learn how to engage with customers to understand their needs and help match them with the right vehicle. Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Support with the day-to-day running of the showroom.
We don't expect you to have sales experience, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll bring:

A friendly, confident personality with great communication skills. A genuine interest in helping people. Motivation to achieve personal and team goals. A full UK driving licence. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota. Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential.

Experience

Proven customer service or hospitality experience would be ideal, however if you share our values, you have the right mindset and you are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you. Full company and manufacturer training will be provided.
