We are seeking Production Operatives to train as part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will come to play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong attention to detail the ability to work effectively within a factory environment.

Responsibilities

Learn how to assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedules. Learn various production techniques regarding electronic sensors . Learn how to perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and resolve any issues that arise during assembly.

Skills

Attention to detail is critical. Ability to work calmly in a pressured environment Technical experience not mandatory GCSE's or equivalent in English and Mathematics Must have right to work in U.K. Ability to learn new techniques with minimum training and supervision. Computer skills required.
