This role will require the employee to undertake in-company training to develop into the role of Property Assistant.
Property Assistant Duties Include:
Working effectively in role as part of a team within a small office
Taking responsibility for developing strong proactive relationships with shareholders, outsourced property maintenance companies and contractors
Setting, agreeing and monitoring budgets
Preparing for, scheduling and chairing client management meetings - full training will be provided
Arranging and supervising completion of site maintenance requirements
Ensuring databases are updated regularly and all paperwork and processes are completed to company standards
Liaising with clients and contractors on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are achieved and excellent customer service is always delivered
Taking responsibility within the office for ensuring all enquiries are responded to within a timely manner
Undertaking team diary management
Preparing progress reports for regular company management meetings
Interested in Block management and lettings
Essential criteria for Trainee:
Third level qualification
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills problem solving
IT literate with experience in using all Microsoft packages
Fully Flexible
Teamworking skills
Salary:
Negotiable and depending on qualifications and any relevant experience.
