Your key responsibilities will be:

Inventory and condition report and photos Check ins/check outs Property inspections Deposit registration End of Tenancy deposit issues Arranging Property Inspections Maintenance Utilities Plus other duties which may be required from time to time
Skills/Experience/Attributes

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:

You must be confident, outgoing, proactive and highly motivated Able to work under pressure and understand that deadlines have to be met An excellent rapport builder and communicator Smart and well-presented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Local knowledge of Newcastle area would be very useful
Qualifications

At the end of this apprenticeship you will be a qualified Lettings Agent

Drivers License Essential and use of own car

Pay: 16,000.00 per year
