We are Aire Spaces; a fast growing, short term let property management company in Edinburgh. Although small, we are mighty (busy) and want to add to our team.

We like to invest in our staff and would give you all of the tools and knowledge to grow into our property manager role in a fast-paced, fun and supportive environment.

We are looking to expand our team in an innovative, exciting way, as the role is new, you also have the opportunity to make it your own. If you have experience in administration, retail, hospitality, property or business with strong computer literacy, a great sense of humour, Career-oriented drive and your own ULEZ complaint car please get in touch.

Working 5 days out of 7 - 40 hours per week.

Starting salary 18k to 22k depending on experience with a wage increase on performance reviews, evaluated quarterly as your role increases.

An Idea of the daily tasks involved once trained:



You will work closely in a team with the Company Directors and Executive Manager to carry out the below:

- Coordinate and manage the cleaning team.

- Manage guest communications and the overall guest experience.

- Oversee maintenance and property upkeep.

- Supervise in?house quality checkers and inspections.

- Support management with operational and administrative tasks.

- Maintain accurate records (bookings, maintenance, inventories, etc.).

- Act as the main point of contact for guests, contractors, and cleaners.

- Organised and reliable

- Able to multi-task

- Great communication and customer service skills.

- Flexible with working hours to support guest needs.

- Administration experienced

- Detail focused with strong computer skills

- Must have full driver's license and own ULEZ compliant car.
