What you will be responsible for...






Learn and understand systems & processes allowing effective measurement commercial performance whilst complying with Connolly Ltd guidelines Learn and understand the preparation & agreement of target costs for individual projects including obtaining specialist supply chain quotations. Understand the provision of accurate, real time monthly reports (Cost Value Reconciliations) which detail project commercial performance against agreed target costs Aspire to the highest possible standards of subcontract procurement and cost control. Learn and understand effective and timely support for dispute resolution. Learn and understand project valuations and subcontract payments. Learn and understand project specific regulations, prescribed recommendations, contract documentation and standards. Understand programme and the reporting process of commercial performance.



What we'd like from you...





A basic understanding of legislative and quality standards Relevant GCSEs and A Levels Degree in Quantity Surveying (if a graduate) Excellent communication and people skills IT skills and proficiency in MS office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driving licence
