During this 2-year programme you will learn the industry, and the fundamentals of analyzing data, support projects, initiatives, and change for our Real Estate team.


Futures will equip participants, with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the world of insurance brokering and risk management. All hours spent in training are hours worked and are paid competitively. This is a full-time role in a global, Fortune 500 company. Responsibilities:
Every day we face new challenges, ensuring your work is multifaceted and engaging. As a Real Estate Analyst Trainee, you\'ll learn to effectively:


Collect, organise, analyze & prepare data to evaluate trends including costs, savings and cost-savings potential; You will collaborate across the team to prepare, check and submit property governance paperwork and support the annual budget exercise including the analysis of our performance


Support and then learn how to manage property portfolios and care for related queries and issues including asset management and property disposals; Help source and develop office/agency locations to support our continuous growth plan; Action rent review needs, lease renewals and re-gears


Coordinate, create, and manage insurance data completion, Steering Committee and project packs; Run and analyze reports to find themes and opportunities to action
We work collaboratively and across teams where you will help schedule meetings, create agendas and document meeting notes, outcomes, and actions Qualifications:

  • University degree in Real Estate, Land and Property Management, or related field preferred but not required
  • Eligible to work in the UK

Technical Knowledge
  • Familiar with real estate and property management concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel (reporting and data analysis), PowerPoint (create polished presentations and proposals) and Word (report writing)
  • Familiar with project management concepts

Skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Work independently, take initiative to make contacts or raise issues to leadership as required in a timely manner
  • Communicate and influence effectively, both internally and externally, at all levels
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Model professionalism, trust and integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint (create presentations), Word (document creation), Excel (manipulate, analyze, and summarize large data sets)
  • Familiar with MS Project or similar tools (project management)
