Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Compliance Officer (full-time) - Education Recruitment Agency - Leeds Start Date: October Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm, Friday 7:00am-4:30pm Location: Leeds Contract Type: Full-time, Maternity Cover

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Director in managing daily supply cover needs for schools
Ensuring full compliance of all candidates in line with safeguarding regulations
Handling a range of administrative and organisational tasks
Maintaining accurate records and using recruitment systems effectively
Juggling multiple priorities while keeping calm under pressure

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A keen interest in recruitment and education
A proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
