Tonbridge | 25,000 basic + uncapped commission (40k-55k OTE)

What the job involves

Speaking to candidates daily, building strong relationships over phone and online platforms Working with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide solutions Managing the full recruitment cycle: advertising, screening CVs, interviewing, and handling offers Hitting performance targets while maximising commission potential Learning directly from experienced recruiters in a fast-paced, varied environment
