As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at AKR Growth CIC, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your skills and knowledge in the recruitment industry. You will receive comprehensive training and work closely with experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles. Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms. Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and detailed information. Develop an understanding of clients' recruitment needs and job specifications. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate-client meetings. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance recruitment knowledge and skills.

Requirements:



Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus, but not essential.

Pay: 12,000.00-20,000.00 per year
