The role will be situated in our central Horsham office. Due to the ever-growing investment at Evidencia, we have active roles ready to work and fees unparalleled to alternative sectors.

The Role

This is an exciting position, with variation and ongoing development and is a key role in our business. As a Junior Recruitment Consultant:

Networking and connecting within the pharma industry globally to engage and attract key talent for our established and growing client base Actively sourcing and qualifying candidates while managing the client's needs and expectations Solving high-level strategy problems by understanding the needs and opportunities of the business, candidate, and client Generating a reliant candidate pool and building a strong client base Writing advertisements for both job boards and LinkedIn Understanding the market trends and growth within the sector
