25,000-27,000 base + uncapped commission (35,000-45,000 OTE Year 1)

We're looking for driven individuals with at least

6 months of B2B sales experience

to join our recruitment team. No prior recruitment experience is needed--just ambition, confidence, and a hunger to succeed. Sales experience must have been in the last 12 months

What you'll do:

Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates Source and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn & our CRM Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities Write and post engaging job adverts Hit (and beat) personal targets to earn commission Learn how to become a recruitment expert in the information technology market

What we're looking for:

At least 6+ months experience in B2B service, solution or product sales Recruitment experience less than 12 months Strong communicator verbal & written with energy and resilience Goal orientation - motivated by targets, money, and success Competitive attitude Willing to learn fast in a supportive team The ability to build relationships/repour Career-driven with a strong work ethic
