We are currently looking for someone to join our team at our Head office in Leeds.

Your main role will be to support our experienced Senior Consultants to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Your responsibilities will be varied throughout the day, but will include, taking and dealing with incoming customer enquiries, producing high quality marketing for our clients, creating web jobs, shortlisting candidates for roles, filling bookings, and helping with the sourcing and compliance of candidates.

Salary: \xc2\xa322,000 - \xc2\xa327,000 (OTE), negotiable and dependant on experience

Work Hours: Term time: 7:00am \xe2\x80\x93 4pm / 8:30am -5:30pm shifts - Out of term: 9am \xe2\x80\x93 3pm

A rewarding bonus scheme up to 10% of billings.

What we are looking for:
  • You have some recruitment or sales experience, although we are open on the sector and level you have worked at.
  • If you are a self-starter, able to work on own initiative.
  • You have flair, creativity, lots of ambition, enjoy networking and building customer relationships.
  • Possess a drive for excellence in customer service and can plan and prioritise your own workload.
  • You hold a full UK driving licence.
