The role

Sourcing and headhunting candidates for roles within the global tech market Managing live vacancies and client relationships Writing and advertising job roles Interviewing and qualifying candidates Negotiating offers and closing deals Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Requirements

2023/2024/2025 university graduate (2:1 preferred) Highly motivated and career-driven Confident communicator Competitive and resilient Coachable and eager to learn Sporting background or high-performance mindset is a strong advantage
No previous recruitment experience is required - full training is provided. What matters most is attitude, work ethic and ambition.
