Reponsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively utilise social media for candidate sourcing and management. Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and candidates. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Summary
