We are, a specialist recruitment agency powering the driving and logistics sector. We connect HGV, LGV, van, and delivery drivers with fantastic roles across the UK. We're looking for a motivated and personable Apprentice to join our journey. You'll earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised qualification at the heart of an essential industry.

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

This is a hands-on role from day one. You will be fully supported by experienced consultants while you learn the ropes of the driving recruitment world. Your key responsibilities will include:

Administration:

Completing daily admin tasks and using our CRM to input data

Finding the Best Drivers:

Using job boards, our database, and direct outreach to attract qualified HGV, LGV, and van drivers.

Screening & Compliance:

Conducting initial interviews, checking driver qualifications (like digital tachograph cards/CPC), and ensuring candidates meet essential compliance standards.

Matching Drivers to Routes:

Learning how to match drivers with the right vehicles and routes, from local deliveries to long-haul work.

Building Relationships:

Providing exceptional service to both drivers and client companies, becoming a trusted point of contact.

Administrative Support:

Managing job adverts, scheduling shifts and interviews, and updating our candidate records.

Who We Are Looking For:

You don't need to know about lorries (we'll teach you that!), but you do need the right attitude. You might be a recent school/college leaver, looking for a step up from a customer service role, or simply someone with a strong work ethic. We're looking for:

Excellent communication skills - you're confident, clear, and professional on the phone. A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to build trust quickly. Resilience, tenacity, and the drive to hit targets. Good organisational skills and attention to detail, especially for compliance.
