Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the logistic sector. This role involves leveraging multiple channels and tools to identify suitable candidates, managing relationships with clients and applicants, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of human resources practices, and proficiency with industry-standard applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Responsibilities



Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify potential candidates and clients through social media management, networking events, and other channels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and relationship management techniques. Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate assessments or testing as required. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with organisational goals. Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Manage social media campaigns to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts. Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices related to recruitment processes.

Qualifications



Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment or human resources roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to build rapport quickly. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and relationship management within the context of talent acquisition. Knowledge of human resources practices, employment legislation, and best practices in recruitment processes. Organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
