Our client is hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team across South Yorkshire.
Duties
Source, screen, and register candidates for roles across construction, warehousing, and administration.
Learn how to build strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
Support senior consultants with arranging interviews, confirming start dates, and completing compliance checks.
Manage candidate records and keep systems updated with accurate information.
Help maintain relationships with learners from our training programmes and assist them into work.
Work to daily and weekly activity targets for candidate calls, interviews, and submissions.
Handle general office tasks such as answering calls, booking appointments, and assisting with marketing.
Shadow consultants to learn how to manage clients and job vacancies.
Experience
No experience required - just energy, ambition, and great communication skills
A genuine interest in recruitment, training, or helping people into work.
Confident phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Organised and proactive - able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Basic IT knowledge (emails, Word, Excel, databases).
Experience in customer service, sales, retail or hospitality is a bonus but not essential.
Salary
Pay for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will be: 25,000 - 35,000 PA

Monthly bonuses based on performance
