Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organisation. You will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the needs of all stakeholders. Your expertise in lead generation and relationship management will be essential in driving successful recruitment outcomes.

Duties

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Utilise various platforms, including social media management, to promote job openings and engage potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organisation. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with the recruitment process. Generate leads through networking and relationship management to expand the talent pool. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment.

Skills

Proficient in lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates. Experience with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates and clients. Strong relationship management abilities to foster connections with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with HRIS systems to manage employee data efficiently. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools is an advantage. A background in human resources or recruitment is beneficial but not mandatory. Competence in social media management for effective candidate outreach.
