Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes in the Residential Childcare sector Oversee and develop our social media presence to attract top-tier candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability and cultural fit Deliver full 360 account management and maintain strong client relationships Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Support candidates throughout the hiring process, providing regular updates and feedback Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices
