Summary

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Right at Home Derby & East Staffs. In this role, you will play a vital part in attracting and onboarding quality caregivers who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional homecare services.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for caregiver positions. Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks and training schedules. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Experience in a customer service setting, building up relationships - Essential Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -Essential Ability to build relationships with candidates and team members alike - Essential Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes - Desirable Experience of Homecare - Desirable

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
