Job Description

Our client is a specialist Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company who are based in Oxford who across Oxford, London and southern region of the UK. They have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join the team as Trainee Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer due to continued growth within the service and maintenance team

This is a great opportunity for an individual interested in entering the Air Conditioning trade or someone with limited knowledge looking to progress. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in maintenance and minor fault finding of a wide variety of equipment. For those who demonstrate aptitude for the role there will also be the opportunity to train for technical qualifications.

Throughout your training you will be paired with a Senior engineer attending sites completing shadow work. While on site you will carry planned preventative maintenance and minor fault finding on Air Conditioning, ventilation systems and a range of refrigeration units, predominantly commercial display fridges and ice machines

The role is a mobile Trainee opportunity carrying out maintenance and minor fault-finding work carried out on mixed commercial premises across London and the South.

Trainee Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer Position Requirements

• Pro-active with a keen willingness to learn essential skills necessary to progress.
• UK driving license and able to cover London and home counties
• Able to accommodate early starts and / or later finishes in order to complete jobs within agreed timescales.
• Able to work away from home should this be required (prior notice would be given in all instances)
• Some working experience within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning field would be an advantage but is not essential.

• \xc2\xa325-30k per annum
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime rates
• Company pension
