Surgical Holdings has been around for over 35 years, manufacturing and repairing surgical instruments and rigid endoscopes right here in the UK. We work closely with the NHS and private hospitals, and as demand for minimally invasive surgery continues to grow, so does our business.

We've recently expanded our rigid endoscope repair workshop in Southend, and we're now on the lookout for a motivated, practical person to join our friendly team.

What's the job?

You'll be trained in-house to repair rigid endoscopes; these are used in keyhole surgeries like laparoscopy and arthroscopy. They contain fibre optics and precision lenses that light up and give surgeons a clear view inside the body.

Your job will be to help repair and replace these fibre optics, working with various models and sizes of scopes. It's intricate, detailed work; perfect if you enjoy technical challenges and working with your hands.

Watch or phone repairs Electronics or PCB work Working with fibre optics Using microscopes or hand tools

Pay: From 24,000.00 per year
