Trainee Sales & Account Executive

, based near Horsham.

This is a

full-time, office and field-based role

, offering a mix of structured training, real-world experience, and--after your first year and qualification--some work hybrid flexibility.

As part of the global

InXpress APEX Initiative

, you'll join a dynamic cohort of 20+ trainees across the UK, learning every aspect of sales and account management--from lead generation (telesales and door-to-door) to full-cycle customer development and retention.

What We're Looking For



University graduate preferred (not essential) 1+ year of experience in any direct sales role Strong communicator and natural relationship builder Confident, motivated, and outgoing personality Positive attitude & a strong desire to be a sales professional

30,000 Base with performance commission based on lifetime residual margins
