Trainee Sales Account Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting senior account managers in managing client relationships Learning how to identify and pursue new business opportunities Assisting with client communications, proposals, and presentations Helping to resolve client queries and ensure satisfaction Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Maintaining accurate records and CRM updates

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in sales, customer service, or account management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus)
