We are seeking aTele Sales Account Manager to join our dedicated team and help us drive growth by managing accounts and expanding our customer base. If you have a proven track record or feel you have what it takes to train as a tele sales account management, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:



Obtain, manage and grow client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to generate new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity within CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:



Experience in telesales and account management, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets preferable but not essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
