Overview:

We are actively seeking a team administrator in the National Account Department that deal with our Key business accounts.

About the Role:

Location: Eccles, Manchester Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (Start date between 8 - 9 - Finish time between 4 - 5) Rate of pay - 23874 per annum

As an Administrator you will:

Answering inbound calls and taking customer requests for reactive and planned drainage requests Allocating of jobs to technicians in line with SLAs Sending quotations and follow up with the depots Invoicing of jobs once work has been completed Following up with clients to ensure high levels of service is maintained. General admin, emailing and saving documentation on the systems

About you:

Previous experience within customer service environment Previous administration experience would be beneficiail Good communication and teamwork skills General data entry and computer skills
