Job Description


Vines of Gatwick is looking for a Trainee Sales Administrator.

Your role

Our successful candidate will be supporting the New and Used Sales Team for BMW and MINI by preparing all relevant documentation from point of order to final taxing and delivery in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure the BMW, MINI and Vines experience is delivered to every customer. This includes:

  • Vehicle taxing
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with daily reporting
  • Order of stock & customer vehicles
As a Trainee Sales Administrator, you will be supported by other members of the team, and shown the process of arranging for sold vehicles to be registered. Eventually, you will be allocated your own accounts to manage, and will accurately record all orders, purchases, stock, demonstrators, sales and registrations for what you have learnt.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Salary: Starting salary of \xc2\xa322,000 and following a successful 6 month probationary period your salary will increase to \xc2\xa324,000.
