Purpose of the Role - Branch Manager
To develop a team and business capable of (and dedicated to) leading the market.
To present Bradleys in a professional manner, endeavouring to maximise sales and referrals of the complete range of Company activities and to do so whilst satisfying all relevant regulatory requirements.

Purpose of the Role - Customer Experience Team Supervisor, based at Bradleys Head office in Exmouth
To support the CET Manager with both the workload and staff management. Reporting to the Manager.
Morning meetings and updating referral reports first thing in the morning and relaying these to the team to motivate them to reach targets throughout the day.
Responsibility of managing the daily workload and keeping the team motivated through the day to progress through the workload in a timely and effective manner./p>
Produce the weekly rota and make adjustments where necessary.
The Supervisor will be asked to carry out Monthly reviews with CET team staff when CET Manager unavailable and reporting back to CET Manager on results and any issues.
The Supervisor will communicate with the CET Manager keeping her informed regarding any performance issues or highlights and recommend any training needs within the team.
Responsibility of training new team members into the department consistently and to procedure, carry out weekly reviews with the new employees.
Report any staff absences to HR during Manager's absence.
To keep the whole team, including homeworkers, updated with any changes and/or special requests required to office diaries.

Within the role you will carry out a range of duties including individual case handling, customer service and administration tasks as well as working within a team to ensure that deadlines are met.
