About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our growing sales team as a

Trainee Sales Consultant

. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to transition into sales -- no previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

You'll be supported by experienced mentors, receive hands-on training, and gain the skills you need to progress in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build rapport with potential customers through face-to-face or phone-based interactions Present products or services in a confident and professional manner Understand customer needs and match them to the right solution Work towards daily and weekly sales targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Contribute to a positive team culture and support team goals

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Good time management and reliability Comfortable working in a target-driven environment GCSEs or equivalent required; A-Levels or further education preferred but not essential
