What You'll Be Doing
Learning the fundamentals of sales through structured training and on-the-job coaching.
Building confidence in communicating with clients and customers.
Working towards individual and team goals, with clear targets and full support.
Developing leadership skills, with the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly.
Progressing step by step towards team leadership within six months and management potential within 12 months (
performance dependent, with clear criteria provided
).
