Business Development Manager Programme:
Our Business Development Manager Programme is the perfect opportunity for you. The programme is designed for those who have a talent for building rapport and are interested in developing a career in field sales. In this role, you will join our successful Business Development Manager Programme designed to fast-track you into a Kite Business Development Manager role.
The training runs over an 18 to 24 month period. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive sales development training programme designed to develop your sales skills whilst you are supported by our existing experienced sales team, enabling you to accelerate your skills and learn from others.

What we're looking for
The successful candidate must have:
Work experience within a customer facing role
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to easily create rapport with customers and build relationships
Strong organisation skills and work ethic
Enthusiasm, energy, self-motivation and the hunger to be succeed
Additional requirements:
Have a full UK driver's licence
Be able to operate out of their local Kite Regional Distribution Centre
Package:
All successful candidates will start with 27,000 basic salary as part of an OTE package of 34,000-40,000+ made up as follows:
27,000 basic, rising within 24mths to 30,000 and 33,000 based on generated sales
Company Car or Car Allowance worth 8,400
Uncapped Sales Bonus (3,000+ bonus subject to performance)

The option to become a shareholder in the business after 6 months employment
